Fees

An invoice will be sent out after a job offer has been agreed and is  payable within 7 days from  the date of the invoice for a Full-Time Nanny and  immediate payment upon receipt of an invoice for a Temporary Nanny.

Fees are as follows

Placement for a full time is £500.

Placement for a part time:

Temporary nanny:

 

Terms and Conditions.

  1. The terms and conditions as follows are between the agency and the employing family.
  2. All communication, written and verbal are subject to these terms and conditions.
  3. By interviewing any persons introduces to you by the agency, you are accepting the terms and conditions and any agency charges.
  4. Any fees payable to the agency are for services provided to the client and do not include any payment made to applicant.
  5. The client must inform the agency of any offer made to an applicant. On agreement from the applicant an induction fee will be payable to the agency.
  6. All clients will be entitled to a home visit to gain a full picture of there requirements if required. The agency will do their utmost to fulfil the clients wishes.
  7. An invoice will become payable 7 days after  a  job offer has been accepted by the client and nanny.
  8. If the client re-engages a nanny within a 9 month period of initial temporary position coming to an end then a further fee will be charged.
  9. If the client informs the agency of  a temporary position that has been extended then a payment will be taken to reflect this.
  10. If the client has to delay the starting date of the nanny then they will be expected to pay the full weekly salary from the date that work should have commenced. The no refund of agency will be given.
  11. The agency will issue the client with invoices for all work carried out by the agency. Payment by bank transfer  will be expected 7 days from the invoice date.
    1. If there is non payment after 10 days a rate of  7%of the actual invoice will be added to the total amount.
    2. If there is non payment after 21 days a further rate of 10%  will be charged.
  12. If the client uses the agency to gain a temporary nanny whilst a permanent nanny is being sought then the temporary fees will apply.
  13. The client is responsible for providing the nanny with a contract that explains all her duties, hours of work, holidays and pay , etc.
  14. It responsibility of the employer to make sure they carry out all obligations as an employer. The agency will accept no liability for an any that is refused entry to the country or is not allowed to remain in the country. In these circumstances no refund will be given by the agency.
  15. The client will not pass on details of any nanny to a third party and will keep all details of prospective employees confidential. If the this is breached then a fee will become payable to the agency.
  16. While the agency will carry there on checks on a nanny it is up to the client to carry out there on references, health checks and police checks as required.
  17. As permitted by law the agency will take no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, or compensation whether is direct or indirect arising in a way of services provided. The agency is not responsible for any negligent or fraudulent behaviour from a nanny paced with a client. The agency is not responsible for the failure to induce any nanny to a client.
  18. The agency is not responsible for any reason to which the nanny or client terminate the employment ( expect in clause 21 ).
  19. If the client chooses not to fulfil an agreement made to a nanny then the fee will still apply. If a letter is received within 14 days of the agreed start date then a one week fee will be payable for a full time position and a 3 day fee will be payable for a temporary position.
  20. In extenuating circumstances then it is at the discretion of agency to whether a part or full time refund is payable.
  21. If a nanny fails to commence a position after accepting an offer the client will be subject to a full refund ( subject to clause 25 ).
  22. If the client or nanny ends the agreed employment after the first 8 weeks the refund is as follows:
    1. should a termination be agreed within the first 2 weeks of employment 50% refund will be given or a free replacement will be found. If the client decides to make other arrangements a refund of the above amount will be given ( subject to clause 25).
    2. Should a termination be agreed between 2-5 weeks 30% refund will be given.
    3. Should a termination be agreed between 5-8 weeks 15% refund will be given.
  23. After a 8 week period then no refund or replacement will be given. If a temporary nanny leaves her position within the invoiced period then a refund will be given for complete weeks not work by the nanny.
  24. The agency refuses the right to represent the client at anytime.
  25. The above refund and replacement conditions do not apply if:
    1. The agency is not informed within 10 days of the employment coming to an end.
    2. The nanny leaves due to her working conditions being different to those agreed upon.
    3. The nanny is mistreated by the client or some associated with the client.
    4. A nanny left after 4 weeks and a notice period was worked.
